We measure before we polish

Every quote starts with paint depth, gloss and defect mapping on your own panels. The inspection fee is credited toward any package booked within 14 days.

Machine polish for light swirls and wash marks. Clearcoat thickness is logged per panel before and after, with the readings handed over in writing.

    Wash

    1.5 h

    Two-bucket hand wash, wheel faces and arches, then a clean-water rinse before any gauge reading is taken.

  2. 02

    Decontaminate

    2 h

    Iron fallout remover, tar solvent and a clay pass. Paint depth is logged here so correction is scoped to real film thickness.

  3. 03

    Correct

    6 h

    Machine polishing panel by panel under controlled light, with gloss readings and a defect map kept for handover.

  4. 04

    Seal

    2 h

    Ceramic coating or protective film fitted to the agreed package code, with cure time and first-wash date written down.

Care timeline

Five years of surface care, written down at handover

Film and ceramic coating slow wear; they do not stop it. This is the maintenance schedule we print for every package, listing the actions that keep each layer performing.

  1. Year 0

    Handover

    Paint depth readings and controlled-light photos filed with the handover record. First wash after seven days, pH-neutral shampoo only.

  2. Year 1

    Inspection

    Gloss check and film edge review on a lift. Coating top-up on high-contact panels, plus a written note on wash habits.

  3. Year 2

    Decontamination

    Iron and tar removal, a clay pass, then a fresh hydrophobic layer before the winter road-salt season.

  4. Year 3

    Light correction

    Machine polish to clear accumulated wash marring, resealed to the P-03 ceramic specification with the same measurement sheet.

  5. Year 5

    Film review

    Full panel-by-panel film inspection for lifting or yellowing. Any replacement is quoted panel by panel, never as a whole-car guess.

What moves the figure

Vehicle size, existing swirl depth, panel count, and film coverage. Correction hours are itemised on the inspection sheet before work is booked, so nothing arrives on the invoice unannounced.

Inspection credit
